Request account deletion

S-Block users can contact the S-Block team to request deletion of their account and related data.

Cancel a Google Play subscription

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. To stop automatic renewal, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play.

  1. Open Google Play using the Google account that purchased the subscription.
  2. Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select S-Block, tap “Cancel subscription” and complete the confirmation.

Manage Google Play subscriptions

We recommend cancelling your subscription before requesting account deletion. Cancelling a subscription does not replace a request to delete your account and data.

How do I submit a request?

  1. Send a message using Contact support, preferably from the email address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject: “S-Block account deletion request”.
  3. Include your account email and whether the request also concerns a child profile. Do not send a password or verification code.

What happens after submission?

We will verify the account holder’s identity and the scope of the request. Requests on behalf of a child also require an authority check. An initial response is planned within 72 hours; this is not a guaranteed deletion completion deadline.

What data can the request cover?

You may request deletion of the sign-in account, profile details, family links, device records, synced app lists and account-related requests. If certain data cannot be deleted due to a legal obligation or justified need, we will explain this in our response.

Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account. Before deleting a parent account, arrange how the linked children’s devices will be managed.

The service is in testing. Final retention and deletion periods, including backups and support correspondence, are not yet finalized and will be published before public launch.
